When I’m not working as a dietitian, you will find me out and about in my hometown of Seattle. I adore traversing the outdoors on foot, bike, or kayak…usually with camera in hand. When the rainy Seattle days take their toll, you’ll find me indoors (likely with a hot cup of coffee) enjoying movies, games, crafts, or time with family and friends.
