Coaching and Collaboration

As a dietitian I love to offer nutrition education, debunk diet myths, share recipes and information about new products.  But most of all, I love to allow others to reach their nutrition and wellness goals! If you are looking for someone to help you lose weight, improve or prevent health concerns, increase your energy levels or just to keep you on track…you’ve found the right person! I am available for phone, Skype, and in-person appointments!

If you are looking to collaborate on recipes, cookbooks, or need someone to help with food photography projects, please email me! I love to collaborate and work with creative and aspirational people.
